How will my order be processed?
Once your order has been placed you should receive an automatic confirmation email with your order receipt. For custom items we will then send you a proof approval via email before proceeding to the engraving process. Once your order is complete you will be sent a tracking number to let you know that your items have been dispatched.
What is the status of my order?
You can log in to your account at any time to view the status of your order.Once an order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with relevant tracking info. It normally takes between 3-4 business days for an order to be processed, however this can vary depending on our current workload.
Is there an alternate payment method?
We accept PayPal. If you are having trouble at checkout, please email your order details and we will be happy to draft a manual invoice for you. Please remember to attach your artwork documents and specify which products you wish to purchase so that we can invoice you accordingly.
