What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for whatever reason then please don't hesitate to get in touch. You may notify us of any faulty or incorrectly received items upon delivery and we will endeavour to find an appropriate solution. Most ready made items can be returned to us and we will happily send out a replacement free of charge. However, due to the custom-made nature of some of our items we are unable to accept returns on any of our engraved products, unless they are found to be faulty in which case we can either send out a replacement or issue a refund depending on the individual circumstances. Sending a photo along with your enquiry will help us to determine the cause of the problem and how we might best offer a solution.
